Measurement & analysis

Industry-grade devices we use to collect reliable data and deliver actionable recommendations.

Power Quality Analyzer

Make & Model: KRYKARD ALM36

Measures the flow of power in an electrical system and monitors voltage, current, frequency, power factor, harmonics and total harmonic distortion. During audits, it helps pinpoint sources of electrical waste at distribution panels and feeders, quantify harmonic loading on transformers, and validate whether capacitor banks or other corrective devices are delivering the expected improvement.

Power Quality Analyzer

Make & Model: Fluke 1775

Captures detailed power quality data including voltage events, harmonics, transients and energy consumption. Its high-resolution logging is ideal for uncovering intermittent sags, swells and flicker that drive equipment downtime, while long-duration recordings support accurate energy-use profiling across shifts and production cycles.

Power Clamp Meter

Make & Model: KRYKARD F405

Measures current, voltage, power and electrical parameters without disconnecting conductors. Clamp-on operation allows safe spot checks on live feeders and motor circuits during walk-through surveys, making it easy to compare nameplate ratings against actual operating load and flag oversized or underutilised equipment.

Power Clamp Meter

Make & Model: KRYKARD F405

Provides quick and safe electrical measurements for power monitoring applications. Used throughout facility audits to verify breaker loading, assess three-phase balance on panels, and document baseline electrical conditions before recommending demand-management or power-factor correction measures.

Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Make & Model: Acorn TR600H

Measures liquid flow rate using ultrasonic signals without interrupting the process line. Non-invasive installation is well suited to chilled-water, cooling-tower and process loops where shutting down flow is impractical, enabling accurate flow verification and pump performance assessment with minimal disruption.

Flexim Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Make & Model: NV-FLUXUS F601

Portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter for temporary and non-invasive flow measurements. Its mobility makes it invaluable during energy audits for cross-checking installed meters, benchmarking pump and HVAC loop performance, and identifying flow imbalances without cutting into pipework.

Flue Gas Analyzer

Make & Model: Testo 340

Measures combustion gases, temperature and efficiency of boilers, furnaces and burners. By analysing O₂, CO, CO₂ and flue-gas temperature, it reveals incomplete combustion, excess air settings and stack heat losses—key inputs for calculating boiler efficiency and quantifying fuel-saving opportunities.

Fluke ii910 Precision Acoustic Imager

Make & Model: Fluke ii910

Detects compressed air leaks, gas leaks and partial discharge using acoustic imaging technology. The visual leak map accelerates compressed-air surveys across large plants, helps prioritise repairs by severity, and can also flag electrical partial discharge before it leads to costly failures or safety incidents.

Ultrasonic Airflow Meter

Make & Model: VPS-R250-M100-D11-PN16

Measures airflow velocity and volume accurately using ultrasonic sensing technology. Deployed on compressed-air mains and distribution headers, it supports leak-and-load studies by establishing true flow rates and helping identify sections operating above design demand.

Power Clamp Meter

Make & Model: Hioki CM3286-50

Compact clamp meter for measuring AC current and voltage in electrical installations. Its lightweight form factor is ideal for tight switchgear spaces and repeated measurements across many circuits during detailed load inventories and maintenance audits.

Power Quality Analyzer

Make & Model: Hioki PQ3100-94

Records power quality parameters and captures electrical disturbances for analysis. Extended monitoring sessions reveal patterns in voltage variation, harmonic content and demand spikes that short spot readings can miss, strengthening the evidence base for corrective recommendations.

Thermal Imager

Make & Model: Testo 883

Captures infrared thermal images to identify abnormal heat patterns and temperature variations. Hot spots on busbars, connections, motors and bearings often indicate loose terminations, overload or impending failure—findings that translate directly into reliability and energy-loss reduction actions.

Indoor Air Quality Meter

Make & Model: Testo 400

Measures indoor air quality parameters such as CO₂, humidity, temperature and airflow. Elevated CO₂ and poor ventilation correlate with HVAC over-conditioning; this meter helps assess whether fresh-air rates and setpoints align with occupancy and energy-efficiency goals.

Digital Tachometer

Make & Model: Fluke 931

Measures rotational speed of motors, fans and other rotating equipment. Comparing actual RPM against design speed confirms VFD settings, belt slip and mechanical loading—essential for validating fan and pump performance curves during HVAC and process audits.

Vane Anemometer

Make & Model: Fluke 925

Measures air velocity, airflow volume and temperature in ventilation systems. Used to balance supply and return ducts, verify design CFM at diffusers and grilles, and detect restrictions or leaks that force fans to run harder than necessary.

Lux Meter

Make & Model: Fluke 941

Measures illumination levels to assess lighting quality and efficiency. Audit teams map lux levels against workspace standards to spot over-lit areas, outdated fixtures and opportunities to right-size lighting loads or upgrade to more efficient technologies.

Temperature Logger

Make & Model: Testo 176T4

Records temperature continuously over time for monitoring and analysis. Multi-point logging across chillers, cold rooms, ovens and ambient zones reveals cycling behaviour, setpoint drift and thermal losses that single readings cannot capture.

Thermocouples (K Type - 1 Nos & T Type - 3 Nos)

Make & Model: Testo

Temperature sensors used for accurate measurement across industrial and laboratory applications. K-type and T-type probes allow precise contact measurements on pipe surfaces, equipment casings and process streams where infrared imaging alone is insufficient.

Differential Pressure Logger and Pitot Tube

Make & Model: Testo 510

Measures differential pressure and airflow in ducts, pipelines and ventilation systems. Combined with a pitot tube, it delivers reliable velocity and volume readings in hard-to-reach duct runs, supporting fan curve verification and HVAC balancing during detailed air-side audits.
